Nicely wrapped…

…but too loose!

Darly slipped out of his cocoon within two hours after I brought him back. Not possible for me alone to bandage him… so I went to AAVC.

A short while later the new bandage moved to expose a gaping hole on his belly near his genitals. Managed to place another Melolin pad over it and bandage it but not sure how long this will stay in place. How can I do this when even the technicians can’t do it well? LK advised me to bring Darly back to hospital…

  1. Sorry i’m not home to help u! Maybe when i’m back from monday onwards!

  2. You might faint because it actually looks worse then the pics! Safer to let the technicians do it!

  3. Yes Helga, i think good to bring Darly back to his vet. Is the carrier for his accomodation?

  4. It is ok now, the bandage stays in place. I think he is better off at my place… no dogs barking! Darly hates dogs! Cost-wise not much difference though ๐Ÿ˜ฆ He is in the big cage, the same that was used for Stoney and Bunny. The pink carrier is only for transport as he doesn’t fit into the smaller ones… long body. Will bring Darly to see Dr. Choi on Friday.

  5. Not that I’m saying he was not well-cared for in hospital! I know they liked him very much… the nice pic on the wrapping done by technician and they also placed a soft cat-bed and towels in his large cage ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. Darly looks like a sweet cat ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. He really is! Was not even hissing when all the busybodys come close to have a look!
